TTMedia MCN Terms of Service
Effective Date: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
Last Updated: [LAST UPDATED DATE]
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the TTMedia MCN website, dashboard, applications, channel-management tools, video-publishing tools, Google OAuth integrations, and related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
The Service is operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], located at [COMPANY ADDRESS], referred to in these Terms as “TTMedia MCN,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By creating an account, connecting a Google Account or YouTube channel, accepting an invitation, uploading content, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, channel owner, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms and act on behalf of that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
TTMedia MCN is a multi-user YouTube channel management and video-publishing platform designed for media companies, content teams, channel owners, and organizations that operate multiple YouTube channels.
The Service may allow an authorized organization administrator to:
- Connect authorized YouTube channels using Google OAuth 2.0.
- Organize multiple YouTube channels in one management dashboard.
- Assign specific channels to designated employees or team members.
- Create administrator, manager, publisher, reviewer, or other internal roles.
- Control which channels and functions each user may access.
- Upload videos to authorized YouTube channels.
- Set video titles, descriptions, tags, categories, privacy settings, and scheduled publishing times.
- Review upload status, system activity, and internal operational records.
- Disable employee accounts or remove channel assignments.
- Disconnect an authorized YouTube channel from TTMedia MCN.
Features may be added, modified, restricted, suspended, or removed as the Service develops or as required by Google, YouTube, applicable law, security requirements, or technical limitations.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
- You are authorized to act for the organization or channel owner you represent.
- You are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
- Your use complies with these Terms and all applicable Google and YouTube requirements.
The Service is not intended to enable children to perform YouTube API write actions. Users must satisfy the applicable age requirements for their Google Account, YouTube services, and local jurisdiction.
3. Organization Accounts and Authorized Users
An organization may designate one or more administrators to manage its TTMedia MCN account.
Organization administrators are responsible for:
- Inviting authorized employees and team members.
- Assigning appropriate user roles.
- Assigning YouTube channels to appropriate employees.
- Reviewing and removing access when an employee changes responsibilities or leaves the organization.
- Ensuring that employees use the Service only for authorized business purposes.
- Maintaining accurate organization and contact information.
- Protecting organization login credentials.
- Monitoring activity conducted through the organization account.
Each user must have their own TTMedia MCN account. Users must not share passwords, impersonate another person, or allow unauthorized persons to access their accounts.
An organization is responsible for activity performed by its authorized users unless the activity resulted directly from a security failure attributable to TTMedia MCN.
4. Google OAuth and YouTube Integration
TTMedia MCN uses Google OAuth 2.0 and YouTube API Services to provide authorized YouTube channel-management and video-publishing functionality.
When connecting a YouTube channel, the user is redirected to Google’s official authorization interface. Google displays the permissions requested by TTMedia MCN, and the user decides whether to grant those permissions.
TTMedia MCN does not require users to provide their Google Account passwords directly to TTMedia MCN or to an employee.
By connecting a Google Account or YouTube channel, you authorize TTMedia MCN to access and use the approved Google and YouTube permissions solely for the functionality disclosed during authorization and in our Privacy Policy.
The permissions requested may include:
- Basic identity information, such as account identifier, name, and email address.
- Permission to upload videos to an authorized YouTube channel.
- Read-only access to basic YouTube channel information when required to identify and manage connected channels.
TTMedia MCN will not intentionally request permissions that are unrelated to currently available Service functionality.
Authorization of a Google Account does not transfer ownership of the Google Account or YouTube channel to TTMedia MCN.
5. YouTube Terms and Policies
The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using YouTube-related features through TTMedia MCN, you also agree to comply with:
- The YouTube Terms of Service.
- The YouTube Community Guidelines.
- Applicable YouTube copyright policies.
- Applicable YouTube privacy policies.
- The Google API Services User Data Policy.
- The YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
- The YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
References to these policies must be linked to their current official versions on the published TTMedia MCN website.
If these Terms conflict with a mandatory Google or YouTube requirement concerning use of Google or YouTube services, the applicable Google or YouTube requirement will control to the extent of that conflict.
Google and YouTube may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue their APIs or services. Such changes may affect the availability or functionality of TTMedia MCN.
6. Channel Ownership and Authorization
You may connect or manage a YouTube channel through TTMedia MCN only when you are:
- The lawful owner of the channel.
- An authorized manager or representative of the channel owner.
- An employee or contractor expressly authorized by the organization controlling the channel.
- Otherwise legally permitted to perform the requested actions.
You must not connect, access, manage, or upload content to a YouTube channel without the channel owner’s authorization.
TTMedia MCN may request evidence of ownership, authority, or consent where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention.
7. Employee Permissions and Channel Assignments
TTMedia MCN uses Role-Based Access Control and Channel-Level Access Control.
Within TTMedia MCN, employees should be able to view and operate only the channels assigned to them and only the features permitted by their assigned roles.
Depending on the administrator’s configuration, an employee may be permitted to:
- Upload videos.
- Enter or modify video metadata before publication.
- Select an authorized privacy status.
- Schedule a publishing time.
- Review upload progress and results.
- View limited operational information.
Regular employees may be restricted from:
- Viewing unassigned channels.
- Managing organization administrators.
- Connecting or disconnecting Google Accounts.
- Viewing OAuth Access Tokens or Refresh Tokens.
- Viewing Google Account passwords or security settings.
- Viewing AdSense balances, payments, or revenue information.
- Accessing complete YouTube Analytics data.
- Deleting published videos.
- Deleting YouTube channels.
- Modifying channel ownership.
These restrictions apply inside TTMedia MCN. TTMedia MCN cannot prevent a user from independently accessing Google or YouTube services where that user has separately received permission outside TTMedia MCN.
Organization administrators are responsible for correctly configuring employee roles and channel assignments.
8. User Content
“User Content” means videos, audio, images, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, captions, schedules, files, and other materials submitted through the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You grant TTMedia MCN a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, format, temporarily store, and submit User Content solely as necessary to:
- Operate the Service.
- Process the user-requested upload.
- Deliver the content to the selected YouTube channel.
- Display upload status and operational records.
- Provide technical support.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
This license ends when the content is no longer reasonably needed to provide the Service, subject to limited retention required for security, legal compliance, backup restoration, or dispute resolution.
TTMedia MCN does not obtain ownership of User Content merely because it is uploaded through the Service.
9. User Content Responsibilities
Before uploading content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the content or have all required rights, licenses, permissions, and consents.
- The content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
- The content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
- The content is lawful in every jurisdiction where you direct it to be published.
- The metadata and publishing settings you provide are accurate and not misleading.
- The content does not contain malware, malicious code, or harmful technical components.
- You have obtained all necessary consent from people appearing or speaking in the content.
- You have authorization to publish the content on the selected YouTube channel.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the selected channel, video file, metadata, privacy status, and publishing schedule before confirming an upload.
TTMedia MCN is not responsible for copyright claims, Community Guidelines actions, demonetization, channel strikes, channel suspension, removal of content, or other YouTube enforcement resulting from User Content or user instructions.
10. Upload Confirmation
Before an upload is submitted to YouTube, the uploading user must receive a clear notice that:
- The upload must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines.
- The user must not violate another person’s copyright.
- The user must not violate another person’s privacy or publicity rights.
- Clicking the upload confirmation button constitutes the user’s certification that the upload complies with these requirements.
The uploading user is responsible for verifying that the correct channel and content have been selected.
Where required by YouTube API Services policies, TTMedia MCN will display YouTube’s required upload notice directly on the screen or window containing the final upload button.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use TTMedia MCN to:
- Access or manage a Google Account or YouTube channel without authorization.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive content.
- Circumvent YouTube restrictions, enforcement actions, quotas, geographic limitations, or technical controls.
- Manipulate views, subscribers, watch time, likes, comments, engagement, advertising activity, or monetization.
- Send spam or conduct coordinated inauthentic activity.
- Misrepresent the identity of a channel, organization, content owner, or user.
- Collect Google or YouTube credentials from another person.
- Expose, copy, sell, transfer, or improperly use OAuth Tokens.
- Attempt to extract TTMedia MCN’s Client Secret or other confidential credentials.
- Introduce malware, spyware, viruses, destructive code, or unauthorized automation.
- Interfere with or overload TTMedia MCN, Google, YouTube, or related infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, bypass, or defeat access controls except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, stalk, deceive, or exploit another person.
- Use multiple Google Cloud projects or credentials to evade API quotas, restrictions, suspension, or compliance review.
- Use the Service in a manner that causes TTMedia MCN to violate Google or YouTube policies.
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe prohibited conduct has occurred.
12. OAuth Tokens and Security
OAuth Access Tokens, Refresh Tokens, Client Secrets, and related credentials are treated as confidential security information.
TTMedia MCN may:
- Encrypt Tokens while stored.
- Restrict Token access to authorized server-side systems.
- Prevent Tokens from being displayed to employees or browser clients.
- Use HTTPS for data transmission.
- Record security-relevant authorization and upload events.
- Rotate or revoke credentials where a security risk is detected.
- Require reauthorization when a Token expires, is revoked, or becomes invalid.
Users must promptly notify TTMedia MCN if they suspect unauthorized account access, credential theft, or misuse.
No online system can guarantee absolute security. TTMedia MCN will use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the Service.
13. Revoking Authorization and Disconnecting a Channel
A channel owner or authorized administrator may disconnect a YouTube channel through TTMedia MCN.
A user may also revoke TTMedia MCN’s access through the permissions or security section of their Google Account.
When authorization is revoked or a channel is disconnected, TTMedia MCN will:
- Stop using the affected authorization for new API requests.
- Programmatically revoke the applicable Token where required and technically available.
- Disable the affected channel connection.
- Remove the channel from employee access.
- Delete applicable stored Google or YouTube Authorized Data as soon as reasonably possible and within the time required by applicable Google and YouTube policies.
- Retain only information that TTMedia MCN is legally required and policy-permitted to retain.
Deleting information stored by TTMedia MCN does not automatically delete videos, channel information, or other content stored by YouTube.
Users who wish to delete content stored on YouTube must use YouTube or an authorized application that supports deletion of that content.
14. Data Deletion Requests
Users may request deletion of Google or YouTube-related data stored by TTMedia MCN by:
- Using the account or channel disconnection function.
- Deleting their TTMedia MCN account where that feature is available.
- Contacting [PRIVACY OR SUPPORT EMAIL].
Applicable Authorized Data will be deleted as soon as possible and, where required by applicable YouTube policies, no later than seven calendar days after a valid request or revocation.
Certain non-content records may be retained where reasonably necessary and legally permitted for:
- Fraud and security investigations.
- Compliance records.
- Financial and billing obligations.
- Legal claims and dispute resolution.
- Enforcement of these Terms.
Any retention must remain consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable Google and YouTube requirements.
15. Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by the TTMedia MCN Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains:
- What information TTMedia MCN accesses and collects.
- What Google and YouTube data the Service accesses.
- Why the information is used.
- How information is stored and protected.
- Whether information is shared.
- How users can revoke access.
- How users can request deletion.
- Applicable data-retention practices.

Google’s own treatment of information is governed by Google’s policies and is separate from TTMedia MCN’s handling of information.
16. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, Google or YouTube materials, and third-party materials, TTMedia MCN and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, interface, design, workflows, trademarks, text, and original materials.
These Terms do not grant users ownership of TTMedia MCN software or intellectual property.
“YouTube,” “Google,” and related names, logos, and brand features belong to their respective owners.
Use of YouTube or Google branding must comply with the applicable branding guidelines.
TTMedia MCN is an independent service and is not endorsed by, operated by, or affiliated with Google LLC or YouTube LLC unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by the relevant company.
17. Third-Party Services
The Service depends partly on services operated by third parties, including Google and YouTube.
TTMedia MCN does not control third-party services and is not responsible for:
- Third-party outages.
- API errors or delays.
- API quota limitations.
- Changes to Google or YouTube functionality.
- YouTube processing time.
- Content moderation or enforcement decisions.

- AdSense or monetization decisions.
- Changes to third-party terms or policies.
Your use of third-party services remains subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.
18. API Quotas and Upload Availability
YouTube API Services may impose quotas, limits, audits, restrictions, or other technical requirements.
TTMedia MCN does not guarantee that:
- Every upload will be accepted.
- Every upload will complete immediately.
- Public or scheduled publishing will always be available.
- API quota will always be sufficient.
- Google or YouTube will approve a particular OAuth application or API project.
- YouTube will retain, monetize, recommend, or distribute uploaded content.
TTMedia MCN may delay, queue, reject, or suspend uploads where necessary because of quota limitations, security concerns, invalid authorization, platform maintenance, or third-party restrictions.
19. Fees and Payment
Certain TTMedia MCN features may require payment.
Where paid services are offered, pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, refund rules, taxes, and payment obligations will be disclosed before purchase or in a separate commercial agreement.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in restriction or suspension of paid features.
Google, YouTube, and AdSense revenue are separate from fees charged by TTMedia MCN.
20. Service Availability and Modifications
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service.
We may perform maintenance, introduce security controls, restrict features, or change technical requirements without prior notice where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or third-party API compatibility.
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that significantly reduce paid Service functionality.

- Required fees remain unpaid.
- Google or YouTube requires the restriction.
- Continued access could expose TTMedia MCN or another party to liability.
- The user attempts to circumvent API enforcement or quota restrictions.
A user or organization may stop using the Service at any time.
Termination does not eliminate obligations or liabilities arising before termination.
Sections concerning intellectual property, payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, disputes, and other provisions that logically should continue will survive termination.
22. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
TTMedia MCN does not warrant that:
